Pre-Round Warm-Up Routine for Chilly Mornings

I don't know about you but those first couple holes on a chilly morning are ROUGH! Ever make contact with the ball and have no idea how because your body is so stiff?

The early morning winter tee times could get a bit chilly! Here is a great warm-up routine to do quickly at-home, on the range or even on the first tee box to make sure your body is loose, warm and ready to go.

This routine was inspired by Andrew Hannon's warm-up routines including the routine that he posted in our Housewives Golf Tour Facebook Group Page. Here are 10 moves (watch the video above to follow along), do each move for 30-60 seconds each:

#1: High Knee Step, Opposite Elbow Walk

#2: Single Leg Rotational Balance

#3: High Knee Skip

#4: Side Stretch, Opposite Elbow

#5: Knees Together Club Rotate

#6: Knees Apart Club Rotate

#7: Lunge with Club Rotation (One Side)

#8: Lunge with Club Rotation (Other Side)

#9: Standing Cat/Cow

#10: Swing with Step Forward
