About four years ago, Tori came up with the idea for her Compete Confidence 6-Week Signature Course. The course includes videos with a teaching professional and practice plans to help golfers improve their skills. Tori had this idea in her head for years, but she didn't know how to execute it. She needed help making videos, creating content, outlining the videos, and everything in between. She hired Tiffany Carter, who helped her build the business from scratch. Today, Tiffany is not only a business coach but also a manifestation expert, which is why Tori invited her to the podcast to discuss how manifestation can help improve golf games. It feels much better to know that you showed up for yourself, remained consistent, and put in the effort to achieve your goal.

To improve at golf, it's crucial to have the right mindset. Top athletes have high-performance coaches for their mindset, not just for their physical abilities. To achieve success, one needs to dream big and permit themselves to envision winning. Here are the steps to use manifestation to get better at golf:

1.   Envision the possibility of reaching your desired goal and gather evidence that it's possible:

Believing in yourself and your abilities is crucial to achieving success. It's easy to get caught up in self-doubt and negative self-talk, but by focusing on the positive and believing in your potential, you can achieve a lot more than you think. Take small steps towards your goal and celebrate every success along the way, no matter how small. These small wins will add up and help build momentum toward achieving your big dream. Remember, abundance is not just about material wealth; it's about feeling fulfilled in all areas of your life.

2.   Picture what it would feel like to reach that goal:

When you imagine yourself succeeding, you activate your brain's reward system, which releases dopamine, the feel-good chemical. This feels great and helps you associate positive emotions with your goal. You can use this visualization technique to create a mental picture of yourself achieving your goal repeatedly, strengthening your belief in yourself and your abilities. With a strong belief in yourself, you can stay motivated and focused, making it easier to take action toward achieving your goal.

3.   Practice manifestation mindset work regularly:

Incorporating a manifestation routine into your daily schedule can be a powerful tool for personal growth and development. Just like stretching at the gym, practicing manifestation mindset work is a regular practice that requires consistent effort to see results. It's not a one-time thing that you can check off your to-do list and forget about. To truly reap the benefits of manifestation, you must make time for it daily, even if it's just a few minutes. You can still want to win or get the shot you want, but you need to detach from the outcome and focus on doing your best. This takes practice but can help you become more fluid, less rigid, and physically less tense. Stacking pressure on yourself by thinking about past failures or worrying about the future can make it impossible to be present and play your best. It's essential to release past failures and focus on the present moment. Golf requires you to be present, which can be therapeutic.
