It was a family workout tonight where we showed you all the different ways to do this NEW step workout!

**Step with Risers (me)
**Step with No Riser (Charlie)
**Step with Risers but no jumping moves (Molly)
**No step at all (Kyra)

20 minutes and done!! I love doing this workout with the kiddos too on days after school when they have no sports to do. It’s a quick way for them to get some exercise in too.
