Transform:20 - Week 1, Day 1 - BURN

A couple weeks ago, I received a text from my coach saying that I got into the Transform:20 test group and I just about keeled over from excitement. First of all, Shaun T is my all-time favorite instructor, second of all, I just started my coaching business and I knew this would help kick off my momentum.

Fast forward about two weeks to Day One... September 24th, 2018. I had no idea what to expect other than the fact that it was going to be hard. But seriously... how hard can it be for 20 minutes? ehhhhhhhhh..... Let's just say 3 minutes in and I was already looking at the clock. It was 20 minutes of PUSH YOURSELF cardio...and here is the difference between Transform:20 and all other cardio workouts... the SECOND I stopped, I wanted to do it all over again. The workout kicked my butt and slapped me silly yet I couldn't wait until tomorrow. 

That's the difference in this program... it pushes you and it embraces you at the same time. 

One of the things Shaun talks about in this episode is getting uncomfortable. Meaning, you have to get uncomfortable in order to get results. Sharing a lot of this makes me feel uncomfortable but I know it only help with my journey. 

So I congratulate myself on my first day. My first day of my transformation.
