We struggle to make time for fitness and nutrition AND THEN when we actually find the time, we struggle to stick with it. That is why I started these groups. We need to stick together and we need to hold each other accountable. Start together, finish together.

I have always struggled with fitness and nutrition. Food was always the security blanket yet it was the enemy at the same time. Some days go by where it feels like the only thing I think about is when I'm going to eat next or blaming myself for what I ate the last time. With exercise, I was a serial starter... I love to start on Mondays but then get bored of it by Thursday. And the endless cycle continues...

Which brings me to these Challenge Groups... it wasn't until I fully committed to this accountability group... fully committed to myself... fully committed to this journey to heal myself. 

I had to make myself go through this journey and stay in it long enough to learn how to eat, learn how to stay consistent with workouts, learn how to make time and learn how to make better decisions for me. Most importantly I needed to evolve myself before I could help others.

Its not easy. If it was then everyone would do it. But this method works and I want to show you how.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do we start?

I have a main Challenge Group where participants come in every Monday to get started on their fitness journey.

I also have special groups that include VIP Access to certain programs that start at specific times. As of right now, my next VIP Access Exclusive Group starts with Transform:20 on Monday, January 7th. Click HERE to get all that information.

Where does the Accountability/Challenge Group take place?

We have a CLOSED Facebook Page that all our Challengers are invited to. That page will serve as our central communication source.

What if I don't have a Facebook account?

I do have an option for people that don't have a Facebook account to receive our daily communications via e-mail, kinda like a newsletter.

The Facebook group page is the best way to interact in the group but I have found much success with people just doing the daily e-mails too.

What is the time commitment?

Each program varies with their workout schedules. My two most popular programs right now are my LIIFT & HIIT program that is 4 days a week/30-40 minute workouts each day. This is an awesome program to get you back on the wagon! Minimal time commitment but maximum results. Then there is Transform:20 which is 6 days a week for 20 minutes each workout. You ALWAYS have time for a 20 minute workout!

Where do workouts take place?

Everything is virtual, so you can practically do it anywhere! After downloading the app, you can complete your workouts wherever you have a WIFI connection. Most people do their workouts at home - all you need is a 6x6 space to complete them. I also have lots of clients that still like to go to the gym and stream their workouts on their phone.

No WIFI? There is always the option to download your workouts ahead of time so they are ready for you whenever you are!

What do I do on my rest days?

REST! Or you can choose from the many yoga, stretch or Pilates workouts Beachbody on Demand offers. I love to pick one of the 100+ Yoga routines they have on Beachbody on Demand to refresh my body on rest days

What if I'm traveling?

If the Challenge Group uses weights then the fee will include 2 fitness bands (not included in T20) that travel easily so you can complete the workouts in your hotel room or use the hotel room fitness facilities. Also keep in mind that EVERYTHING is virtual so as long as you have a 6x6 space and WIFI, you can complete your workout! So, don’t let travels deter you from making your goals.

But what if I am traveling and doing Transform:20? Do I have to pack my step? Believe it or not, I have traveled multiple times with my step BUT I have found that most hotel gyms have steps in their gyms. Remember there is always a non-step modification version in T20 so not having a step is no problem!

What do I need for my workouts?

Every workout program is different but in a general sense, you will need a yoga mat or fitness mat of some sort. I would also start with 3 sets of dumbbells - light, medium and heavy. When I started my fitness journey with the LIIFT & HIIT program this summer, I started with 6, 8 and 10 pound weights and that worked well for a couple weeks.
