I have always struggled with fitness and nutrition. Food was always the security blanket yet it was the enemy at the same time. Some days go by where it feels like the only thing I think about is when I'm going to eat next or blaming myself for what I ate the last time. With exercise, I was a serial starter... I love to start on Mondays but then get bored of it by Thursday. And the endless cycle continues...
Which brings me to these Challenge Groups... it wasn't until I fully committed to this accountability group... fully committed to myself... fully committed to this journey to heal myself.
I had to make myself go through this journey and stay in it long enough to learn how to eat, learn how to stay consistent with workouts, learn how to make time and learn how to make better decisions for me. Most importantly I needed to evolve myself before I could help others.
Its not easy. If it was then everyone would do it. But this method works and I want to show you how.
