This package does not include any transportation.

Resort room assignments will be based on resort availability (run of house).

If you are interested in reserving your hotel room for more nights before or after the event, we will contact you once you register to help extend your stay.

Your card will be charged immediately for 50% of the registration fee. The remaining 50% will be due on March 1st, 2024.

If canceled on or before December 31st, 2023 - your registration fee will be refunded minus a $250 administrative fee.

If canceled on or before March 31st, 2024, you will receive a 50% refund of your registration fee. 

Due to the nature of this event, your registration fee will be nonrefundable starting April 1st, 2024. 

You do have the option of transferring the registration to a new team.
