Airfare is not included.

Your card will be charged immediately for the full tournament cost.

If canceled on or before January 31st, 2025 - your registration fee will be refunded minus a $250 administrative fee.

If canceled on or before April 30th, 2025, you will receive a 50% refund of your registration fee.

Due to the nature of this event, your registration fee will be nonrefundable starting May 1st, 2025.
